Employee motivation mediate the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance, motivation, motivation and role in mediating performance. The research was conducted at PT. BPR Sukawati Pancakanti with a sample 83 people. Determination using saturated sampling.
